    Wow! This book just wowed me away. Oh, how I would have loved to meet Lale and Gita. There aren’t many real life love stories like this one. An enduring love that rose above the abhorrent and demeaning, cruel and dehumanising concentration camps Birkenau and Auschwitz where Lale and Gita met. And my heart broke over Cilka. Read this book - it is a gift.
